Return & Refund Policy (Toys & RC Products)

At Joyaura, we specialize in fun, high-quality toys including RC cars, diecast models, and interactive toys. Due to the delicate and usage-sensitive nature of these products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and protective against misuse, while ensuring genuine customers are fully supported.


1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact

  • Product must not show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • A valid unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims

⚠️ Toys and diecast models are sensitive products. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.

Note: All Returns and Replacements are subject to brand's approval.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within [3 DAYS] of delivery

  • Damage or defect claims must be reported within [3 DAYS] (preferably within 24–48 hours)

Requests beyond this period may not be accepted.


3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure fair resolution:

  • Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from package opening to product inspection

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed package being opened

    • Product condition upon arrival

    • Any visible damage or missing parts

❌ Without valid video proof, damage or missing item claims may not be accepted


4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Issue description

  • Photos + unboxing video proof

Our team will verify and respond within 48–72 hours.


5. Replacement Policy (Preferred Resolution)

We prioritize replacement over refund for:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

If the product is in stock, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Replacement not available

  • Verified return approved by our team

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Original payment method

  • COD orders → Bank transfer 


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within [48-72 hours] after approval

  • It may take additional time for banks/payment providers to reflect the amount


8. Non-Returnable Items (Strict for Toys Category)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used RC cars or toys (even once used)

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products without unboxing video proof (for damage claims)

  • Minor variations in color/design (common in toy manufacturing)

  • “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items


9. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is verified (damaged/incorrect product), we bear the shipping cost

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), customer bears shipping charges

  • Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability


10. Important Usage Disclaimer (RC & Battery Toys)

  • RC toys, battery-operated items, and diecast models require careful handling

  • Damage due to:

    • Rough use

    • Water exposure

    • Battery leakage

    • Incorrect charging

11. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
